Rachelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, 37PC01006200) in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, 008614) in New York. Her foundation in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, developed through intensive training at the Training Institute for Mental Health, along with her graduate training at Brooklyn College, informs her deep, relational approach to behavioral health care.

Rachelle is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), a designation awarded by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) to clinicians with demonstrated expertise in the field of eating disorder therapy. Her leadership extends beyond the therapy room—she serves as Vice President and a member of the executive board for the iaedpny chapter. Additionally, she hosts the Understanding Disordered Eating podcast, leads trainings for fellow clinicians, and provides clinical supervision to support the next generation of mental health professionals.
