Jack is a therapist in Bergen County committed to helping people navigate these challenges with compassion and clinical insight. Jack’s clinical foundation includes postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis from The Training Institute for Mental Health in New York City, along with a graduate degree from Fordham University. His expertise is enriched by years of experience in community mental health services, as well as his ongoing role as a teacher and supervisor at the Training Institute, where he continues to refine his understanding of what truly supports mental wellness, addiction recovery, and emotional resilience.

Rachelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York. Her foundation in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, developed through intensive training at the Training Institute for Mental Health, informs her deep, relational approach to behavioral health care.

Rachelle is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), a designation awarded by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) to clinicians with demonstrated expertise in the field of eating disorder therapy. Her leadership extends beyond the therapy room—she serves as Treasurer and a member of the executive board for the iaedpny chapter. Additionally, she hosts the Understanding Disordered Eating podcast, leads trainings for fellow clinicians, and provides clinical supervision to support the next generation of mental health professionals.

Rachelle helps people make sense of what feels confusing or out of place. Her work is grounded in helping clients reconnect—with themselves, their bodies, and their relationships—so they can feel more whole and understood. Her clients often seek support for eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, and the ongoing pressure to hold everything together.

Her therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and fully engaged. She’s not afraid to dive deep and will walk alongside you through the messy, uncertain moments.
